Using Day Since

Day Since is free to use for personal and work purposes. Please do not try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or copy large parts of its content to republish as your own. Linking to any page is welcome.

Accuracy

We test our calculators carefully and check them against known answers, but no tool is perfect. Results are for general information. If a date matters legally, financially or medically, such as a court deadline, a contract notice period or a medical timeline, confirm it with the relevant authority or a professional.

Business-day counts skip weekends but do not remove public holidays. Holiday dates follow the rules described on each page, such as US Thanksgiving on the fourth Thursday of November.

Health information

Pages such as the quit smoking counter and the days sober calculator share general information only. They are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor about your own situation.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on a result.

Some pages link to other websites, such as helplines. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
